Eric Kim Han was born in Seoul, Korea in 1986 and came to Canada in 1995. He began playing the cello at the age of seven and gave his first solo concert at the Toronto Centre for the Arts at the age of ten. He recently won first place in the annual concerto competition for the Toronto Symphony Youth Orchestra with whom he is Co-Principal Cellist. Mr. Han has also been a member of the Korean-Canadian Symphony Orchestra.
