D.O.A.
Not Yet Rated Alternative | Gospel | Punk | RockD.O.A. Canada's notorious Punk Rock legends, are very happy to announce, the return of Premier Bassist and Rock Mad-Man RANDY RAMPAGE. Randy was part of the original Trio(1978) that stomped their way around the world and helped rearrange our musical and cultural conciousness with the spreading of punk rock. Rampage played on classic D.O.A. releases: "Disco Sucks" E.P., "Prisoner/13" and "World War Three" singles, as well as the "Something Better Change",and "Bloodied But Unbowed" L.P.s. Randy Rampage also helped inspire and name an entire musical and social movement, on the ground-breaking album and tour "Hardcore '81" Randy left D.O.A. in 1982, and went on to sing for the incredibly successful Vancouver speed metal band Annihilator, as well as his own projects Fake It Big Time, and Ground Zero. So now, it's come almost full circle for D.O.A., Randy Rampage , Joey Shithead, and primal pounder supreme Jan Rodgerson (Dog Eat Dogma, Powerclown), on drums. Jan is known to have that rare combo of finesse and power that makes him one of the best drummers on the west coast. And now the fun starts... The savagery takes over, jumping, kicking, screaming and, ear-drum bleeding. In short, everything Rock n' Roll is supposed to be. This Spring D.O.A. starts working on their 12th Album "Those God Damn Canadians", to be released on Shithead's own label, Sudden Death Records. International Tours will follow the release of the new recording.Website: http://www.suddendeath.com
