Alternative | RockFormed in 1990,Coal made their debut at the famed Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver. Zulu Records released the self titled Cd and cassette,with a video of the track No Angel airing on CMT,Muchmusic and Bravo.Song was also included on the soundtrack to the MGM/Green Tea film Headless Body in Topless Bar.The band's latest CD One Track Mind has been reviewed as.."one of the best Canadian releases of '98" and includes a video of the track Invisible Man.Coal has performed at several NewMusicWest festivals,NXNE,Northwest Music Conference,SXSW and the CMJ Music Marathon in New York.Coal has released a third CD "Beautiful Afterburn" to local,national and international acclaim.Website: http://www.coalmusic.com
