I'm going out on limb here, and guessing you don't come down to The Pic all that often. I'm looking back over my year's booking, and I'm not exactly catching your drift. Yes I have booked several rock-a-billy and psycho-billy shows, as well, there has been no shortage of the rock n' roll on the calender either. To lump all this music as you have done, tells me you aren't all that familliar with that which you slag, and haven't been paying a whole heck of a lot of attention to what is actually happening at The Pic, finding it easier to sit back and piss and moan. Oh well, can't please all the people all the time. Cheers, Steve, Fireball Productions

Hey, thanx for the compliments : 'deadcats clone bands'....didn't know there was any!!! By the way, check out the new Deadcats CD on Revel Yell (Japan) and the next one out in a couple of months on Raucous Records (England). Oh yeah,...the Pic and the Black Halos are cool.

it would be nice to see more variety at the Pic. i can't wait until the market for black halos and deadcats clone bands crashes hard... then they'll have to jump on the next trend to get the vancouver music scene losers buying tickets. sad, but that's vancouver. trends talk, music walks.
