as of Feb 13th, CJSF FM (SFU campus radio) will be FM all over the lower mainland on 90.1 FM - hopefully people will realize that most of the stuff played on this station has more talent, integrity, and originality than 90% of the music shoved down our throats (don't refute this and start going into a indie vs. majors bout - this is just my opinion). Anyways, my show "Three's Company" will be on air on Wednesdays 2-3 pm - we will be playing mostly underground/indie hip-hop, along with all forms of indie-rock, math rock, hardcore, punk, post punk, experimental blah blah - and yes....even some EMO!! ha! but the good kind... Also to our show, we are really wanting to help the music scene in Vancouver - so we will be accepting demos/CD's from all local acts - also, we want to give out plugs for shows, and possibly set up interviews which bands can use as promotional material - We do only have a 1 hour slot per week so interviews will not be as regular as we like - but we're gonna try So demos can be brought up to the SFU radio station ATTN: Three's company @ CJSF must be clearly marked as well as contact info (in case if you're interested in an interview or have a show coming up etc). Upcoming shows or things you might want to mention (ie - public events such as the War March this saturday!) can be emailed to us at threescompanyradio@hotmail.com ok that's it guys - hope to hear from most of you and listen!! ha
