It's been closed by the city for 5-6 monthes now but today when I was down stairs drinking a soft pop I men bringing in brand new stools and I've seen the new dishwasher. There's an idea going around that the tables will be individually painted by artists in the local punk scene and some bleachers going up. May 3rd is the proposed opening date of the New Cobalt.
