Rosita Stone has had a busy October, after her media tour for Colombia (37 interviews and live music showcases in mainstream TV and radio stations, newspapers, magazines, and newswires) and opening for Carlos Vives's megaconcert in front of more than 10,000 people at the Rexall Centre.

Busy in her hometown, she is preparing her trip to Argentina and Chile to open for Latin megastar Juanes on next December, be at show of the SOMOS Award live telecast and Award ceremony at the Living Arts Centre in Mississauga on December 2, and now she is a candidate for 2006 JUNO Awards nominations, the major music award in Canada.

As a news tip, Rosita Stone will be now distributed and marketed by Universal Music Group, the biggest music and record company in the world, in an agreement reached by her licensee company in the Andean territory, Easy Entertainment. After launching in Colombia, now UMG will distribute her crossover CD "The Real Deal (12 songs in English and Spanish, plus a bonus track) in Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia, similar arrangements will be done for Argentina, Chile and Mexico. She has received offer from international TV and music producers for various projects.

At the Eye for the Future Gala: Rosita Stone will be playing along with Juno-Award winner Liberty Silver and Colette Baron-Reid. And on October 30, she will be the feature at Harborfrount, Brigantine Room, during the "Day of Dead Festival".
