I agree with The Cameron House comment (including the 'hot in the summer' remark). Great club. C'est What is another great club, great sound, and great selection of drinks (large beer and scotch menu).

The Horseshoe is up and down, but it's an institution! I've probably been to The Shoe more than any other clubs combined!

I agree with the Cameron House call. Great place. Atmosphere is second to none, and because you can usually get a seat it rocks!! However, it is a little small and can get pretty damn hot in the summer. What about the Opera House? Lots of space, lots to look at...a great stage.

Subject: Is "C'est What?" in Toronto? REPLY
I received an e-mail from my friend Rhonda Stakich (see rhondastakich.com) whom currently resides in Toronto - that she is playing at "C'est What?" but she's been on the road, is she home now? Go check her out - sultry jazz singer, and ask her what ever happened to the infamous Edmonton art band "Reign?" and watch her face heeheeehee (She says I HAVE to move there, I say "brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.....")

The Cameron House, definitely. Intimate back room with a nice sound and a great staff, The place oozes style and even the food is cheap and delicious.
