I haven't worked at a video store in a very long time, but I certainly checked out the "Red Hot" selections when I did. I appreciate the purpose and meaning of Mr.Pink. Have you ever been to a fair where they have the rope ladder on a slight ascending angle over top of the air mattresses up to a large stuffed animal and if you make one wrong foothold or handhold the ladder twists and spins the contestant off onto the pillowy landing? That's what dumb girls have made inter-gender extravaganza's such as conversation like for the not-dumb girls. The carnie loves his job. Mr.Pink causes me to wonder when Ms.Blue will be appreciated for not only reaching the stuffed animal, but also for thinking it's cuddly and can't wait to put it in her room. oh yeah- I "dance" too.

Genger schmender...We all got here somehow.., but I seem to be flypaper for freaks...ie, those extremely flaming queens that have to utter a sexual innuendo every sentence. I fixed a freind's car awhile back, and we were at the wrecking yard picking out parts, and he (she) was sayin shit like, "I want the lever with the BIG nobby thingy," "do you have any TRANNIES here?"..."can you suck the dross from my injector"?, " oh, I prefer to drive a stick, but I can handle 3 on the TREE, BABY".......It was hilarious.. Oh your question... I think people who can really appreciate the stranglers live a little better for it,...I have everything they put out..These guys were causing riots in 1974, playing "ditties" like "bring on the nubiles" when all of britian was hittin' the bong to "wake up maggie"... Jet Black's style of playing is not my bag, but I could'nt imagine the stranglers without that quasi beat box style.. I don't really play drums (technically), I DANCE on them and if I'm hearing a melody that grips me, I am in bliss...sheer satori...That is the only feeling better than sex...( or as Mick Jagger once coined it, SEXUALLY CHARGED) I find alot (most) of the drummers the world over are pretty rudimentary..They are'nt playing for the song, they just keep the time, and occasionally flash a well planned ( and practiced ) fill.ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ I love playing the kieth moon style, where you don't know what the guy is going to do next...I've played with some pretty freakin' great maniacs, but if they want me to be a metronome, it lasts about a new york minute...REMEMBER you're ENTERTAINING people, and HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mr Pink is a blast because we are only 3, and have alot of room to "turbosolomosh", we've got the pscychic connection, and are always "accidently" falling into hooks and stuff.. ...... Ha Ha Ha "Side Kick Connection" .......... Do you play ?. are you a musician ?, are you a frisky little wiccan wood nymph???? Do you work at.......ummm....RED HOT VIDEO????
