Ten years ago the Sisters met , thru fate and family, their parents had been close friends 30 years ago after a reunion of sorts the families were combined and voila .....the Sisters of Fate were born. Anna Rogers and Ambre McLean are the Sisters Of Fate.

The girls hit it off as friends and quickly became true sisters. Anna migrated east where Amber was living in a small rural town in Ontario,where the where the Sisters of Fate sowed their roots and performed around the Toronto area. Anna made the leap back west and Amber is here for a quick trip and Sisters of Fate CD release party at The Eagles Club in North Vancouver.
To help pay for her way out west, Ambre participated in a Via Rail's Musicians Onboard Program, ... In exchange for a ticket to ride where the artist provides 2 sets a day along the way and in return Via Rail gives them a small sleeping birth and a ride to their destination. A great way for musicians to tour at a discounted rate and not have to worry about the van breaking down or blowing out a tire.
Ambre McLean is a firecracker , her songs have lots of spit and grit with a bluesy slant. Anna has a beautiful voice , her harmonies are bang on, her sustain and tone a delight to hear. The two have a Cd out and it is available thru Ambre's website at : http://www.ambremclean.com
