Fantastic! Not typical of other CD's in whch there are usually only a few nice songs. Every song within this album is exceptional.

Kooky. Oddball. Genius. Only a few of the words used to describe veteran rock outfit The Flaming Lips. And rightfully so: after nearly three decades in the business, notorious front man Wayne Coyne and his rotating roster of musicians have pulled out all the stops, particularly on their live show. Redefining the indie and psychadelic genres multiple times throughout their career, these chameleons aren't showing any signs of stopping, with their thirteenth LP just out, a re-imagined version of Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon." For anyone who is anyone in the Vancouver music scene, you won't want to miss out on seeing their performance at The Malkin Bowl this September: their stage show is known for big theatrics, massive stage props, but not to overshadow the quirky yet poignant large song catalogue they've spent years building.
