GORILLAZ
The catchiest cartoon band in music today, Gorillaz, are finally touring, and to promote their most diverse album yet, Plastic Beach. With a full armor of hits now in their possession, this outfit will certainly not disappoint when they arrive at Rogers Arena. Their last album, Demon Days saw a performance on The Grammys with Madonna, countless appearances on year-end Top 10 lists, and a credibility that saw both mainstream and indie success, which is--let's be honest-- not the easiest to do these days. With one of the smartest marketing and image based bands in the scene (the band members' images are obscured by four stylized cartoons who appear in the album art and music videos), Gorillaz will certainly make for a live show not soon to be forgotten.
