One of the biggest British bands of 2003 was Coldplay and its affecting album A Rush of Blood to the Head. A few friends who saw their Canadian date, called it one of the best concerts they had ever seen. Upon viewing this DVD and listening to the accompanying energy on the live disc, one can see that these friends were not temporarily insane, but spoke with good reason.

This two-disc set features a DVD that includes a 40-minute tour diary and a second disc of the concert.

Coldplay offer atmospheric pop rock that is filled with hooks in every bar. The 67-minute live CD features a mix between their first two albums. The recording is crisp and clear. Highlights include the title track from their most recent album "A Rush Of Cold Blood To The Head," "Yellow," and "Clocks."

Live 2003 is out now on EMI/Capitol Records.
