KT TUNSTALL @ The Commodore ‘She really is that good ’
Having seen KT Tunstall perform on a few occasions, I knew we were in for a night of musical whimsy and fun. Kt Tunstall is a bright young lady with a guitar and an earnest and inventive framework. However songwriting isn’t the only thing KT has going, her stage persona is as layered and rich as her songs.
Tunstall was born in Scotland in the mid 70’s. Her formidable years, In her twenties, she played mostly in independent bands but continually focused on her songwriting. She honed her craft, found a kick ass band as diverse as herself and clearly as proficient and entertaining.
KT Tunstall exploded onto the music scene in the UK in 2004, things really took off with "Black Horse and the Cherry Tree" in 2005, since then she has acquired numerous awards and nominations.
KT Tunstall has emerged as one of today's most remarkable new artists on both sides of the pond, with a very organic seemingly sensible and sincere approach.
How refreshing!
