For those that call this bar home - and they are legion - there is simply no place like it. Good beer, good bands, low maintenance and movies on Sunday nights.
Three distinct rooms make up the second floor space at the corner of Seymour and Dunsmuir Streets. The first, an intimate room when you first enter, hosts music six nights a week. On Sunday's, 'Movie Night' takes over showing two films free of charge on the big screen. The corner room, set back from the front by the long bar is somewhat quieter and close to the dart boards. Here, lunches are served from 12 noon to 2:30 pm and on Friday and Saturday nights, you can order cocktail eats from 5 pm to 10 pm.
